Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by:
- completing the return form below, or
- sending an email to: info@thymka.com
Please include the following information in your message:
- full name
- order number
- product name
- date the product was received
How to Return an Item
- Submit your return request using the form below or by email.
- Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions regarding the return shipment.
- The item must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify us about the withdrawal.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the size and weight of many of our products (furniture), return shipping costs may be significant and may require specialized furniture transport or courier services.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items should be sent back in an undamaged condition.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
Please ensure the item is properly packaged and protected for transport.
Nature of Our Products
Many products available in our store are vintage, antique, or previously used items.
As such, they may show natural signs of age and use, including but not limited to:
- scratches
- marks
- discoloration
- patina
- minor imperfections
These characteristics are considered part of the item’s unique character and do not constitute a defect, provided they are visible in product photos or described in the product description.
Refunds
If the withdrawal from the contract is accepted, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by our store.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been shipped back.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
