Micha\u0142a Oczapowskiego, nr 13, 01-843 Warszawa<br>Tax ID \/ NIP: 1180944104<br>REGON: 388090778<br>Email: <a href=\"mailto:info@thymka.com\">info@thymka.com<\/a><br>Phone: <a href=\"tel:+48604419057\">(+48) 604 419 057<\/a><\/p><ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>These Terms govern, in particular:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the rules for placing orders,<\/li>\n\n<li>the terms of the sales agreement,<\/li>\n\n<li>payment and delivery methods,<\/li>\n\n<li>the withdrawal and return process,<\/li>\n\n<li>complaint procedures.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li>The Terms are provided free of charge and can be downloaded, stored, and reproduced by Customers.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a72 Definitions<\/h2><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Store<\/strong> \u2013 the online store operated by the Seller at [website address].<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Seller<\/strong> \u2013 the entity referred to in \u00a71 of these Terms.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Customer<\/strong> \u2013 an individual, legal person, or organizational unit placing an order in the store.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Consumer<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person purchasing for purposes not related to business activity.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Product<\/strong> \u2013 furniture and other items offered in the store.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Order<\/strong> \u2013 a statement of intent by the Customer to conclude a sales agreement.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a73 Nature of Products<\/h2><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Most products offered in the store are <strong>used, vintage, or antique items<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Products may show <strong>natural signs of age and previous use<\/strong>, including:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>scratches,<\/li>\n\n<li>marks,<\/li>\n\n<li>discoloration,<\/li>\n\n<li>patina,<\/li>\n\n<li>minor imperfections.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li>These characteristics <strong>do not constitute a defect<\/strong> and are part of the item\u2019s unique character.<\/li>\n\n<li>Each product is <strong>unique and typically available as a single piece<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Product condition is described in the product description and shown in photos.<\/li>\n\n<li>Product colors may slightly differ from actual colors due to monitor settings.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a74 Placing Orders<\/h2><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Orders can be placed via the online store <strong>24 hours a day<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>To place an order, the Customer must:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>select a product,<\/li>\n\n<li>add it to the cart,<\/li>\n\n<li>complete the order form,<\/li>\n\n<li>accept the Terms,<\/li>\n\n<li>make a payment.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li>After placing an order, the Customer will receive an <strong>order confirmation email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>The sales agreement is concluded once the Seller confirms the order.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a75 Prices and Payments<\/h2><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All prices listed in the store are <strong>gross (including VAT)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Prices do not include delivery costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/li>\n\n<li>Available payment methods may include:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>bank transfer,<\/li>\n\n<li>online payments,<\/li>\n\n<li>BLIK,<\/li>\n\n<li>other methods available in the store payment system.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li>The Seller reserves the right to change product prices, but changes do not affect orders already placed.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a76 Delivery<\/h2><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Delivery is available within <strong>Poland<\/strong> and other countries specified in the store.<\/li>\n\n<li>Delivery may be performed by:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>courier services,<\/li>\n\n<li>furniture transport companies,<\/li>\n\n<li>Seller\u2019s own transport,<\/li>\n\n<li>personal pickup.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li>Delivery costs are displayed during order placement or agreed individually.<\/li>\n\n<li>Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a77 Right of Withdrawal<\/h2><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement <strong>within 14 days of receiving the product<\/strong>, without giving any reason.<\/li>\n\n<li>To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller via:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>email: <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@thymka.com\">info@thymka.com<\/a><\/strong>, or<\/li>\n\n<li>the return form available at: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thymka.com\/en\/return-policy\/\">https:\/\/thymka.com\/en\/return-policy\/<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li>The product must be returned <strong>within 14 days from the date the withdrawal is notified<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>The Customer bears the <strong>direct cost of returning the product<\/strong>. Due to the size of furniture items, return costs may be substantial and require specialized transport.<\/li>\n\n<li>The Seller will refund payments <strong>within 14 days of receiving the returned product<\/strong> or proof of shipment.<\/li>\n\n<li>The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a78 Complaints<\/h2><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Seller is responsible for non-conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.<\/li>\n\n<li>Complaints should be submitted via email to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@thymka.com\">info@thymka.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Complaints must include:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Customer details,<\/li>\n\n<li>order number,<\/li>\n\n<li>description of the issue,<\/li>\n\n<li>photos of the product (if possible).<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li>Complaints will be processed within <strong>14 days<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a79 Personal Data<\/h2><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Seller is the administrator of personal data.<\/li>\n\n<li>Personal data is processed to fulfill orders and in accordance with the store\u2019s <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Customers have the right to access and correct their personal data.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a710 Reservation of Products<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the unique nature of our products, the Seller <strong>does not guarantee the availability of any item after it has been sold<\/strong>.
