of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please ensure the item is <strong>properly packaged and protected for transport<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nature of Our Products<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many products available in our store are <strong>vintage, antique, or previously used items<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As such, they may show natural signs of age and use, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>scratches<\/li>\n\n<li>marks<\/li>\n\n<li>discoloration<\/li>\n\n<li>patina<\/li>\n\n<li>minor imperfections<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These characteristics are considered part of the item&#8217;s unique character and <strong>do not constitute a defect<\/strong>, provided they are visible in product photos or described in the product description.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the withdrawal from the contract is accepted, we will refund all payments received from you, <strong>excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by our store<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will be issued <strong>within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been shipped back<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The
